A telephone assessment via 111service. Very clear and prepared to listen attentively. I felt reassured. I was then referred to the out of hours team for a face to face which she arranged.

Dr Noscoe was extremely helpful as she took time to explain the details and possible consequences. She also listened, showed empathy and understanding and acted on her words. She was brilliant

At last a doctor who listened and understood what I was saying, wish she was my permanent doctor. Nothing was too much trouble and my problem was resolved immediately after 10 days of trying with my own doctor!
